Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Comfort, we are committed to providing our valued customers with the best possible service. We understand that there may be situations where a refund or cancellation is necessary, and we have established the following refund policy to address such cases.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered if the following conditions are met:

  • The request for a refund is made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • The service for which the payment was made has not been rendered.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@comforthub.ca within the specified 30-day window. You will need to provide proof of purchase, including the transaction ID or receipt, along with a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.

Refund Approval

Refund requests meeting the eligibility criteria will be reviewed by our team within 2-3 business days. If the request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds in the following situations:

  • If the request is made more than 30 days after the original purchase date.
  • If the service has been rendered, partially or in full.

Monthly Subscription

If you are on a monthly payment subscription and request a refund outside the 30-day window or after the service has been rendered, your subscription will remain active. You will continue to be billed on a monthly basis until one of the following conditions is met:

  • The total value of the one-year agreement is paid in full.
  • The one-year agreement reaches its term, at which point the subscription will be terminated.
